Refund Policy

BroadbandIssues believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the product is not activated within a week

There is no cancellation of orders placed after one week.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the BroadbandIssues marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible for occasional offers.
  • BroadbandIssues does not accept cancellation requests for activated software’s. However, refund can be made if the customer establishes that the product is not compatible for their devices they purchased it for.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not up to the mark as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

The products purchased from BroadbandIssues can be refunded within a week of the date of purchase if the product is not used or activated, however the refund can also be provided after a week of the date of purchase if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within a week of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

BroadbandIssues reviews the customer’s reason for the refund and once we confirm the refund request we immediately process the refund which will be provided back to customer within 5 to 7 business days.

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
